அன்றியும், நீங்கள் மீட்கப்படும்நாளுக்கென்று முத்திரையாகப் பெற்ற தேவனுடைய பரிசுத்த ஆவியைத் துக்கப்படுத்தாதிருங்கள்.
And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby all of you are sealed unto the day of redemption.
எபேசியர் 4:31
சகலவிதமான கசப்பும், கோபமும், மூர்க்கமும், கூக்குரலும், தூஷணமும், மற்ற எந்தத் துர்க்குணமும் உங்களைவிட்டு நீங்கக்கடவது.
Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:

ஒருவருக்கொருவர் தயவாயும் மனஉருக்கமாயும் இருந்து, கிறிஸ்துவுக்குள் தேவன் உங்களுக்கு மன்னித்ததுபோல, நீங்களும் ஒருவருக்காருவர் மன்னியுங்கள்.
And be all of you kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake has forgiven you.

மனுஷருடைய தப்பிதங்களை நீங்கள் அவர்களுக்கு மன்னியாதிருந்தால், உங்கள் பிதா உங்கள் தப்பிதங்களையும் மன்னியாதிருப்பார்.

வேதனை உண்டாக்கும் வழி என்னிடத்தில் உண்டோ என்று பார்த்து நித்திய வழியிலே என்னை நடத்தும்.
And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn your statutes.

என்னில் கனிகொடாதிருக்கிற ՠφாடி எதுவோ அதை அவர் அறுத்துΪ்போடுகிறார்; கனிகொடுக்கிற கொடி எதுவோ, அது அதிக கனிகளைக் கொடுக்கும்படி, அதைச் சுத்தம்பண்ணுகிறார்.
Every branch in me that bears not fruit he takes away: and every branch that bears fruit, he purges it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
