ஏசாயா 53:2
இளங்கிளையைப்போலவும், வறண்ட நிலத்திலிருந்து துளிர்க்கிற வேரைப்போலவும் அவனுக்கு முன்பாக எழும்புகிறார்; அவருக்கு அழகுமில்லை, சௌந்தரியமும் இல்லை; அவரைப் பார்க்கும்போது, நாம் அவரை விரும்பத்தக்க ரூபம் அவருக்கு இல்லாதிருந்தது.
For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he has no form nor loveliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.

ஏசாயா 53:4
மெய்யாகவே அவர் நம்முடைய பாடுகளை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு, நம்முடைய துக்கங்களைச் சுமந்தார்; நாமோ, அவர் தேவனால் அடிபட்டு வாதிக்கப்பட்டு, சிறுமைப்பட்டவரென்று எண்ணினோம்.
Surely he has borne our sicknesses, and carried our pains: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
ஏசாயா 53:8
இடுக்கணிலும் நியாயத்தீர்ப்பிலுமிருந்து அவர் எடுக்கப்பட்டார்; அவருடைய வம்சத்தை யாரால் சொல்லி முடியும்; ஜீவனுள்ளோருடைய தேசத்திலிருந்து அறுப்புண்டு போனார்; என் ஜனத்தின் மீறுதலினிமித்தம் அவர் வாதிக்கப்பட்டார்.
He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.

சங்கீதம் 103:10
அவர் நம்முடைய பாவங்களுக்குத்தக்கதாக நமக்குச் செய்யாமலும், நம்முடைய அக்கிரமங்களுக்குத் தக்கதாக நமக்குச் சரிக்கட்டாமலும் இருக்கிறார்.
He has not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
தானியேல் 7:2
தானியேல் சொன்னது: இராத்திரிகாலத்தில் எனக்கு உண்டான தரிசனத்திலே நான் கண்டது என்னவென்றால்: இதோ, வானத்தின் நாலு காற்றுகளும் பெரிய சமுத்திரத்தின்மேல் அடித்தது.
Daniel spoke and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea.

தானியேல் 7:5
பின்பு, கரடிக்கு ஒப்பாகிய வேறே இரண்டாம் மிருகத்தைக் கண்டேன்; அது ஒரு பக்கமாய்ச் சாய்ந்துநின்று, தன் வாயின் பற்களுக்குள்ளே மூன்று விலாவெலும்புகளைக் கவ்விக்கொண்டிருந்தது; எழும்பி வெகு மாம்சம் தின்னென்று அதற்குச் சொல்லப்பட்டது.
And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.
தானியேல் 7:11
அப்பொழுது நான் பார்த்தேன்; நான் பார்த்துகொண்டிருக்கையில் அந்தக் கொம்பு பெருமையான பேச்சுகளைப் பேசினதினிமித்தம் அந்த மிருகம் கொலைசெய்யப்பட்டது; அதின் உடல் அழிக்கப்பட்டு, எரிகிற அக்கினிக்கு ஒப்புக்கொடுக்கப்பட்டது.
I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spoke: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.
தானியேல் 7:18
ஆனாலும் உன்னதமானவருடைய பரிசுத்தவான்கள் ராஜரிகத்தைப்பெற்று, என்றென்றைக்குமுள்ள சதாகாலங்களிலும் ராஜ்யத்தைச் சுதந்தரித்துக்கொள்வார்கள் என்றான்.
But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.
தானியேல் 7:28
அவன் சொன்ன வார்த்தை இத்தோடே முடிந்தது. தானியேலாகிய நான் என் நினைவுகளால் மிகவும் கலங்கினேன்; என் முகம் வேறுபட்டது; இந்தக் காரியத்தை என் மனதிலே வைத்துக்கொண்டேன்.
Until now is the end of the matter. As for me Daniel, my cogitations much troubled me, and my countenance changed in me: but I kept the matter in my heart.
