யோபு 2:1
பின்னொரு நாளிலே தேவபுத்திரர் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் வந்து நின்றபோது, சாத்தானும் அவர்கள் நடுவிலே கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் வந்து நின்றான்.
Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD.
யோபு 2:7
அப்பொழுது சாத்தான் கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியைவிட்டுப் புறப்பட்டு, யோபின் உள்ளங்கால் தொடங்கி அவன் உச்சந்தலைமட்டும் கொடிய பருக்களால் அவனை வாதித்தான்.
So went Satan forth from the presence of the LORD, and stroke Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown.
யோபு 2:8
அவன் ஒரு ஓட்டை எடுத்து தன்னைச் சுறண்டிக்கொண்டு சாம்பலில் உட்கார்ந்தான்.
And he took him a potsherd to scrape himself likewise; and he sat down among the ashes.
யோபு 2:9
அப்பொழுது அவன் மனைவி அவனைப் பார்த்து: நீர் இன்னும் உம்முடைய உத்தமத்தில் உறுதியாய் நிற்கிறீரோ? தேவனைத் தூஷித்து ஜீவனைவிடும் என்றாள்.
Then said his wife unto him, Do you still retain yours integrity? curse God, and die.
யோபு 2:10
அதற்கு அவன்: நீ பயித்தியக்காரி பேசுகிறதுபோலப் பேசுகிறாய், தேவன் கையிலே நன்மையைப் பெற்ற நாம் தீமையையும் பெறவேண்டாமோ என்றான்; இவைகள் எல்லாவற்றிலும் யோபு தன் உதடுகளினால் பாவஞ்செய்யவில்லை.
But he said unto her, You speak as one of the foolish women speaks. What? shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? In all this did not Job sin with his lips.
யோபு 2:3
அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் சாத்தானை நோக்கி: நீ என் தாசனாகிய யோபின்மேல் கவனம் வைத்தாயோ? உத்தமனும், சன்மார்க்கனும், தேவனுக்குப் பயந்து பொல்லாப்புக்கு விலகுகிறவனுமான மனுஷனாகிய அவனைப்போல பூமியில் ஒருவனுமில்லை; முகாந்தரமில்லாமல் அவனை நிர்மூலமாக்கும்படி நீ என்னை ஏவினபோதிலும், அவன் இன்னும் தன் உத்தமத்திலே உறுதியாய் நிற்கிறான் என்றார்.
And the LORD said unto Satan, Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that fears God, and turns away from evil? and still he holds fast his integrity, although you moved me against him, to destroy him without cause.
1 பேதுரு 5:8
தெளிந்த புத்தியுள்ளவர்களாயிருங்கள், விழித்திருங்கள்; ஏனெனில், உங்கள் எதிராளியாகிய பிசாசானவன் கெர்ச்சிக்கிற சிங்கம்போல் எவனை விழுங்கலாமோ என்று வகைதேடிச் சுற்றித்திரிகிறான்.
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may devour:

யோபு 2:2
கர்த்தர் சாத்தானைப் பார்த்து: நீ எங்கேயிருந்து வருகிறாய் என்றார்; சாத்தான் கர்த்தருக்குப் பிரதியுத்தரமாக பூமியெங்கும் உலாவி அதில் சுற்றித்திரிந்து வருகிறேன் என்றான்.
And the LORD said unto Satan, From whence come you? And Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going back and forth in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
யோபு 2:6
அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் சாத்தானை நோக்கி: இதோ, அவன் உன் கையிலிருக்கிறான்; ஆகிலும் அவன் பிராணனை மாத்திரம் தப்பவிடு என்றார்.
And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, he is in yours hand; but save his life.
ரோமர் 8:28
அன்றியும், அவருடைய தீர்மானத்தின்படி அழைக்கப்பட்டவர்களாய் தேவனிடத்தில் அன்புகூருகிறவர்களுக்குச் சகலமும் நன்மைக்கு ஏதுவாக நடக்கிறதென்று அறிந்திருக்கிறோம்.
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
2 கொரிந்தியர் 1:5
எப்படியெனில், கிறிஸ்துவினுடைய பாடுகள் எங்களிடத்தில் பெருகுகிறதுபோல, கிறிஸ்துவினாலே எங்களுக்கு ஆறுதலும் பெருகுகிறது.
For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abounds by Christ.
ரோமர் 8:36
கிறிஸ்துவின் அன்பைவிட்டு நம்மைப் பிரிப்பவன் யார்? உபத்திரவமோ, வியாகுலமோ, துன்பமோ, பசியோ, நிர்வாணமோ, நாசமோசமோ, பட்டயமோ?
As it is written, For your sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
ரோமர் 8:37
இவையெல்லாவற்றிலேயும் நாம் நம்மில் அன்புகூருகிறவராலே முற்றும் ஜெயங்கொள்ளுகிறவர்களாயிருக்கிறோமே.
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
யோவான் 16:33
என்னிடத்தில் உங்களுக்குச் சமாதானம் உண்டாயிருக்கும் பொருட்டு இவைகளை உங்களுக்குச் சொன்னேன். உலகத்தில் உங்களுக்கு உபத்திரவம் உண்டு, ஆனாலும் திடன்கொள்ளுங்கள்; நான் உலகத்தை ஜெயித்தேன் என்றார்.
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me all of you might have peace. In the world all of you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
வெளிப்படுத்தின விசேஷம் 21:4
அவர்களுடைய கண்ணீர் யாவையும் தேவன் துடைப்பார்; இனி மரணமுமில்லை, துக்கமுமில்லை, அலறுதலுமில்லை, வருத்தமுமில்லை; முந்தினவைகள் ஒழிந்துபோயின என்று விளம்பினது.
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
